Thanks, Greddy. They give that target so that they can. It in more themselves. It's. steady company. Worth to keep. Dividend is also more than 6% if my memory holds! Usually reeard with bonus issue sometime in Oct. u can. He k last 5 years history.

I studied at UTP near Bandar Universiti which was developed by Hua Yang. The township is very lively and many lecturers and students are staying in the area. Almost all houses are owner occupied. The township has been very successful. This is one of the reason I invested in this company.

Recent project in JB town, Citywoods also selling fast... yesterday go to their sales gallery and understand that phase 1 smallest unit (764 sqft) left less than 10 units.. not sure about Bumi Lots..

After KLCI hitting 1960 all time high, its time for a correction.
After Huayang hitting more than 90 RSI which is all time high in 2014, its time for a correction. With quarter report being release earlier than expected 1QFY15, result could be not up to expectation.
More selling to come on next week when the banks to confirm the BLR rate.

Yesterday rise were just a trap. More sell down to come.
