大紅花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主要板工業）宣布，旗下間接獨資子公司SEA Hibiscus私人有限公司已與賣方在本月22日簽署移轉契約（Novation Agreement），以取得北沙巴生產共享合約（PSC）半數股權。

另一份文告指出，馬石油（Petronas）旗下馬石油勘探（Petronas Carigali）私人有限公司已批準荷蘭皇家蜆殼石油公司（Royal Dutch Shell），將后者的北沙巴生產共享合約（PSC）半數股權，脫售給大紅花石油的SEA Hibiscus。

賣方、馬石油和SEA Hibiscus已在本月22日簽署移轉契約，以轉移所有利益予買方，以繼續生產及發展北沙巴油田。

完成簽署后，馬石油勘探將仍然持有北沙巴生產共享合約的50%股權。

B) Now (29-12-2017) brent is 66 usd dollars:

Take Pe = 20, stock price = RM1.18
Note: The above is the current oil price meter, the future rise in oil prices can increase its net profit.

投资股票有时不要听太多分析家，股票专家的话 ；听太多会影响到自己的情绪和信心 ！当一只股前景不好我们要割肉换股了，莫留恋 ！几个月前我以 0.15 cts 买入 Luster 80 lots;Luster-wa 0.07cts 100 lots ;经过几个月后，这股徘回在1&2 分之间，最后我以0.125 & 0.06 卖掉全部 Luster & luster -wa ;换买Palette...後我卖 palette赚 1500 ！上个月我又买 DGSB 0.085 （40 lots );昨天 29/12/2017 闭市 是 0.13 cts !我还守着没卖出 ！买好股有成长股可长线守；那些臭股 越早卖越好 ！一些人 是 “搞乱军心 ”莫听太多 ！记得自己决定一切 ！
