with the transmission line of <Champa-Kurukshetra> and <Jaipur-Bhiwani>, the distribution companies or discoms in Delhi or north region of India could buy energy from western region (Chhattisgarh, where RKM based) in cheaper rate and exit from the PPAs that they have with costly power plants of NTPC Ltd that include Badarpur, Jhajjar and Auriya in order to reduce their power purchase cost.
