Resolved within the parties, yes not provided earlier, not a cash flow item just impairments.
Further if successful claims on the insurance company may create a writeback on the impairments

JAKS got oldman goreng assisted by Kuku (TP RM3, but take it as a joke), can be fast n furious...prior to Oldman entry in Jan 2017, JAKS was in long consolidation of RM1.00...then with RM150M+ margin, oldman pushed it to current level within 2-3 months...whats next?

It's solely goreng stock. If u are die hard FA fellow just forget abt it.

Meanwhile, Mudajaya will be slow moving stock, waiting to see better Q aheads with contribution from IPP in long run.

according to India cea daily generation report dated 8th April, unit1 generated 38.35MU within 7 days. Revenue for 7 days = 38.35*0.34=rm13,039,000.
