In term of cash flow, direct selling is cash business, no bad debt problem.

In term of NTA, their huge warehouse factory at Glenmarie is worth few times that its market cap.

In term of business nature,direct selling is the right business during this pandemic.

In term of product, their product is famous and affordable by all Malaysia, especially Malay.

In term of future, they have quickly change themself into e-commerce via their own digital platform and social media like facebook page.

In term of share price, now the price is so cheap and you got nothing to loose. It Glenmarie warehouse is worth at least RM80-100mil, and the building is 100% debt free.

So, now is the good opportunity to ride on this train.

After iris, hlt wa and bcmall, this counter I confident to get more profit too. Boat in early. Don't miss. Now they produce mask, later sanitizer. yongch, CNI is like supermax. Last time everybody talk about Topglove and Harta, no one like supermax.

Same for direct selling company, last time people talk about Amway, Haio,Zhulian.
Now, CNI will become something like supermax, from 4sen jump to 40sen, then 60sen, then 90sen.

CNI have 300,000 member doing sales.

Assume 30% are active member, that is 90,000.

Each active member buy RM100 product per month, that is RM27,000,000 revenue per quarter.

Assume if active member increase 10% and sales increase 10% also, it would be:

120,000 x RM110 x 3 month = RM39,600,000.

Assume profit margin is 10%, then net profit is RM3,960,000.

The 2nd quarter profit will be quite ok, at least it May & Jun sales has covered its loss in April lock down.
And 3rd & 4th quarter will go even higher.

Compare to Amway, you will realise CNI is a gem.

Although Amway famous, but it too old style d. The huge distribution network and worldwide membership make it very difficult to adopt to new changes.

But CNI is different, it can make changes very fast to adopt to the new economy challenges.
