《Current year prospects》

The Group’s business is closely linked to the sentiments of general consumer market and the fluctuating currency. Strengthening or weakening of Ringgit Malaysia against USD will have an impact on the Group’s performance as all the export revenue are transacted in USD. As reported in 4th quarter 2018, export sales to Mynmar was temporarily halted due to Mynmar government prohibiting direct selling activities. The Group has tackled the ban by changing its business model. Using the existing network, the Group has turned Mynmar into retail market. Hence sales has resumed in April 2019.

Based on a report published by FocusEconomics on 19 February 2019, the regional economy of 2019 is expected to be quite favourable, supported by strong consumption growth and a solid manufacturing sector. This reputable source of analysis on global economy forecasted that Cambodia market will expand 6.7% whereas the growth for Indonesia will be 5.1%, Malaysia 4.5% and Thailand 3.7%. The Group is committed to take advantage of the positive market sentiments so as to be more competitive in the MLM market both locally and abroad.
The Group will continue with its effort to further improve the operational efficiency and productivity for its products to achieve satisfactory financial performance in year 2019.

Yes...10 sen of dividend per year, the dividend yield is 6.45 (current price of 1.55)!
Zhulian is cash rich company (no debt), so, there is no worry as it can afford to maintain the high dividend pay out.

Dividend Declared

A fourth interim dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share and a special dividend of 4 sen per ordinary share, totalling RM27,600,000 in respect of financial year ended 30 November 2019 has been declared on 22 January 2020.

In respect of deposited securities, entitlement to the interim and special dividend will be determined based on shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 19 February 2020. The payment date is 11 March 2020.

Positive mind is the way of life, Zhulian gives away so high dividend..... Revenue is i.mportant but long term investors. .can get what kind if reward? If the company makes money or profit but never give reward to investors. ....what point of high revenue ? For me ..more dividend is better.

So naive....BAT also making profit every quarter since IPO. In stock, you need both capital gain and dividend. Getting high dividend with deteriorating price is a bad investment. BAT is a good example with trailing dividend yield of 12% and year to date price drop -70%. The price drop so severe is because its deteriorating revenue and profit, same like ZHULIAN

看看BAT的现金，是出现严重的往下趋势
一年前是78.6mil，现在已严重下降 28.6mil。
加上还贷款4.3亿的短期债务，每季度还需要支付4百万利息。

再看看Zhulian的现金流，
一年前是1.49亿，现在已突破1.91亿。
而且1.91亿还是 Net Cash啦！
再回顾3年前，Zhulian现金不到1个亿，
长期一直在派息中，净现金反而成长超过100%。

我们再看看BAT的，去年和今年的资产股本获益成长
2018-11月只有 4.2166亿
2019-11月竟然 3.9845亿
退步了接近 -2321万

你再跟我说，哪里是一样？
Zhulian在 Amway和Haio是表现中，相当出色的。
泰国的Zhulian领导人，心态非常好。
再加管理层也积极布局产品组合，不同的国家不同的需求。
未来会多强大，我不可以给你答案，但我很有信心，
Zhulian会越做越稳，一个很有正向理念的好公司。
