Wonder who is selling at lowest ever price. Lin Huozhi has stopped selling for more than 1 month. TTM PE 1.93 is lowest ever, expect even lower next Feb.

Oil price drop mean more disposable income for people in China therefore can be used to buy consumer items like shoes Msports selling.
As for Msports they can reduce their transportation cost.

If follow oil price like the year Msports last give dividend(2011 & 2012), good chance to get dividend in 2015 because Msports make more profit when oil price is low.

Eg Systech only pay 0.3sen dividend. Lowest price 9sen now 25sen almost 3X increase. So if Msports pay say 0.5sen dividend increase to 30sen is a possibility.

Not all companies can afford to pay dividend so not all companies we can make complaints. The companies must have
1) cash. Do Msports have?
2) make money
