Heard some insider news from a logistic friend.

Hextar is buying a lot of warehouse in Pulau Indiah / Westport area during RMCO period.

Dato is smart businessman, when other business man are facing cash flow problem when force to sell property at cheaper than market price, Dato buy a lot of industrial warehouse and land for its business. Meaning the company is having good business prospect and cash rich.
