Serendib Capital’s mandate for board representation has already been effected with the appointment of Mr Takeo Hirata to SCB’s Board. Major shareholder will take advantage of price run up from 4 to 40 cents to sell.

Now its red, i think he is selling. Once announced in the next few days, all hell will breakloose. Then the support will be very low at 0.285 only.
