No one expected PCHEM to perform that well either, that's why lower TP. And note that demand is expected to remain stable and new plants will contribute to earnings.

Samur project
The SAMUR project consists of an ammonia plant, urea plant, and a granulation plant, as well as utilities and jetty facilities in Sabah. The total installed capacity is 1.2 million metric tonne per annum.
The plant has achieved an important milestone whereby it has been certified to run as per its design nameplate capacity on 12 May. This means that it will start to contribute to the group earnings from 2Q17 onwards. Management is targeting for a utilisation rate of 70-75% in 2017, 80% in 2018 and PCHEM’s typical above 90% utilisation rate from 2019 onwards.

Also, PCHEM's average selling price is also up +22.1% YoY and this is expected to drop slightly but remain well above 2016 levels.

tkp2 most of the peopel can be so patient like you, a lot of people see 20-30% profit and run, very very less people can actually wait to 300% to take profit, to tempting to take profit sometimes, but pchem is a good value buy with good fundemental , and with upgraded tp i will hold tight tight to see 0.3 my highest point to take all profit
