i am not an insider... i am a guesser.. who will admit they are insiders anyway. my guess is greater calling for him. doing something bigger for the group at another level, hence the resignation. The selldown is overdone. Operator coming back and picking up the retail sellers since price is so attractive now. Institutional ones still staying put.
