ldm123, Censof is still holding 298.86 million shares of DNeX. @RM0.6 = RM179.316 million / 501 million shares = RM0.36 per share. Just by holding the DNeX shares, Censof per share is already worth RM0.36. So please decide for yourself.

KingDavid.. The staff told me big up or big down within 7 working days. Base on DNEX QR its look like going up. So far have no movement goes to big up or limit up. The Censof stock price is still under value. Its should be 0.46cents or 0.48cents. Maybe we must wait Censof QR within this week or end of this month..

I am expecting CENSOF to release a very strong QR results due to the earnings from IRB and MAMPU projects last year, on top of the recent maintenance job win plus DNEX revenue.. IT margins are usually higher and even higher on systems and applications maintenance contract.. hoho

Is there a possibility that Censof merges into DNeX? Censof has already owned 298.86 million of DNeX shares and Censof has total of 501 million shares @RM0.10. If 1 for 1 exchange of share, DNeX will only enlarge by 201 million shares. Win Win?
