newrookie, If whatever Censof invested in DNeX as cost, ( RM0.2 + expenses less say 0.2 cents = RM0.22 per share), then 298.6 million DNeX's share should have un-realized profit of approximately RM98.5 million based on DNeX's price of RM0.55. => RM0.1963 + Net asset per share of RM0.2892 = RM0.4855. This is only true if my assumption of unrealized profit in DNeX's 298.6 million shares have not been taken up and my estimation on acquisition expenses of RM0.02 per share is accurate., Please comment.

The last quarter revenue of RM17+ million could be because the management of Censof wanted to move forward to 1st quarter in the next financial year. To Censof management, last financial year achieved of RM13+ million profit was acceptable based on PE ration of less than 12. Please give your comment.

李泰神, you are right. One thing I don't understand is that Datuk Samsul as Deputy Chairman of DNeX and the major shareholder of Censof apparently has not been fighting for the benefit of Censof. Most government IT projects have been over by DNeX. Why? It did not benefit him personally.

KingDavid.. Your calculation is correct. Operator should up the price to 0.44cents at least. So Wa investor can convert to mother before expired next month..

Though Censof holds 17.25% of Dnex, the management wont sell it for quick profit or hold cash because Censof has no significant investment to take up. Moreover present businesses are not generating good profit and the last two quarters are in the red and looks like will continue to the next Q. The holding on in Dnex is just a buffer to show accumulated Qs is making profit.
Just my observation.

nn91.. Because they 17% shares in DNEX value plus their project still did not produce profit yet. So when DNEX up they up & DNEX down they also down. I For CENSOF itself it is good cause because DNEX have no reason to going down unless something very very bad happen in company, Malaysia & the world situation.. DNEX have so many project with government & DFTZ soon this October. So far only GHLSYS & KGROUP have related with AliBaba JackMa. DNEX will joining soon. Just imagine when DNEX joining DFTZ this October. RM1.00 is history, RM2.00 & above is not impossible for DNEX. So whatever DNEX price below RM1.00 is very cheap for me. Whoever got extra money just buy mother & son. Treat like 6 months FD.. Its worth it..

If you look at the whole financial result, the management was clearly maximized the expenses & minimized the turnover for the last quarter. It did not give you the whole picture of the company whether the company is doing well or struggling. I am still suspecting that there is mutual cooperation between DNeX and Censof. Censof needs DNeX and vice versa and I am suspecting something to come out that can benefit both companies.

KingDavid.. BigDown is over last week. From 41cents to 35.5cents that's a bigdown according from the man in Censof. Now no more Bigdown. If it's going down under 30 cents then the master is shooting their own feet already. We wait the DNEX announcement tonight (Got from DNEX forumers - I hope it's true & really big announcement)
