Chartwise looks good. FA - Erratic earnings of 127m in 2010 and then the next 3 years loss 80m, 66m and 5m. Unless, this is another big turnaround year, then with the positive technical, can have a look.
Just b4 this bull run. Someone sold 140K, another person bought 135K. Next, someone sold 900K, another bought 140K. How did that action affect retail investor? Reverse psychology at work.
The Group had improved its results in financial year ending 31 December 2013 with a profit before tax of RM2.619 million as compared to a loss before tax of RM48.743 million in the previous year. The Group has on 1 March 2014 completed the integration of its German and Austria business via its internal reorganisation between its German subsidiaries which is a positive for the Group as the integration was delayed for almost four (4) years since acquisition of Herlitz AG in March 2010. The completion of the integration is a positive development towards the Group’s business and operating performance going forward as the management of the key market Germany will be under one organisation hence improving efficiency and operating costs. In addition, the share price of the Company has been trading below its net assets per share of RM1.06 per shae (as at 31 December 2013) prior to 15 May 2014.
In addition, the Company is continuing to evaluate internal restructuring possibilities of its key subsidiaries within the Group to better reflect its operations and intrinsic values and also corporate fund raising proposals. As to date, nothing has been finalised. An announcement will be made should any of the aforementioned proposals have been confirmed and finalised.
