Read "1st Interim Dividend ....." implying more Dividends to come .
Like last year paid interims n final D totalling 7 sen
This year with increasing sequential quarterly profits n a stronger Balance Sheet
we can get higher Dividends espcially when bumper 4Q profits are announced next month
We wish to express our appreciation to Directors n Management for doing a commendable job
in a challengeable market environment. Thank You.

FOR FYE31/12/2016 ITS FUNDAMENTALS ARE MUCH STRONGER AFTER A LOT OF DISPOSALS OF BIG VALUE NON-CORE ASSETS AND HAD REGISTERED INCREASING SEQUENTIAL QUARTERLY PROFITS. UNBILLED SALES RM3B WITH ONGOING PROJECTS STILL SELLING WELL AIDED BY THEIR PRIME LOCATIONS DESPITE THE CHALLENGING PROPERTY MARKET. GEARING IS ALSO VERY MUCH BETTER AFTER REDUCING FROM 0.77x to ONLY 0.30x.
