Pasdec is doing alot of investment. Mostly are invested in recurring income basis business. Like small hydro power station, hospital and also university in Sabah. All theses will helps its future business. NTA 1.70, minor debts. Government support. Huge land bank. Land bank not being revalue yet.... All are strong point to invest. Need more patient. The only issue here is their action very slow......

Accevent. Don't forget they are the largest property developer in pahang. They also have an automotive division in South Africa which is currently the largest sub con company in the region providing parts to volkswagen etc

bonus,this Pasdec is ok n can hold just hold...but now regional market not good espesially Europe which one big Portuguese Bank quite unstable n tonite if US Dow downtrend again...then our KLCI likely downtrend also.Pasdec may drop to 75/77sen range.This is just my opinion n if think likely to drop price,you can sell now then wait to buy back much lower price later but must monitor properly.....Huat arrr!!!

I bought Pasdec for 6 months portfolio.. First 4 months TP 1.20 and TP 1.50 for another 2 months... Last month UMA (price up to 94 cents) confirmed big fish aka shark already in.. And last 2 weeks spark (price up to 84 cents) is a signed for 2nd wave.. Support @ 0.790 to 0.780 ..
