VS briefing summary 6/3/19

- The management blamed the previous rumors. It is said that Company D has not reduced a large number of orders as rumored (rumors say orders are down by 1 billion), but a few months ago, orders did have some less than 100 million (the impact on this year's performance should be limited). D customers have no intention of conversion, and in order to avoid unnecessary risks, D customers prefer to be able to produce in ASEAN.

- Management explains the contents of new customers more clearly:
- Target is 20% of total sales for new customers
- This new customer is one of the results of the company's efforts to have more different customers in the future.
- VS is the first ASEAN vendor of new customers (VS seems to be a founder of Hon Hai in this product)
- It will start in the new factory and will be completed in June.
- New customer orders for TURN-KEY class, so the profit is higher
- If everything goes well, it is expected to reach 1 billion orders within three years, but there will be two quarters left this year. It is also the beginning stage, and the order will be within 1-2 billion. (These are some FORECAST)

ARIEFING is very positive. A few months ago, after the results were released, the rumors were flying, saying that VS would have lost one quarter of orders. After waiting for so long, the management finally came out to blame (too hard to get cheap!)

Suppose we last year's earnings against the standard, and then estimate that this year's net profit is maintained, VS is about 13X P/E. We saw on the scene that the number given by the management was very positive (but we couldn't do it, we didn't understand it). Suppose we put a 30% discount on their number and only give a 6.5% net profit on new orders.
The profit in 2020 will increase by about 33%. In terms of the size of the current VS, the 33% growth is very impressive. As the entire PMI is declining, and the slowdown in major industries, VS can also get so many orders and new customers. It's something to do.
