The Board of Directors of BINTAI is pleased to announce that Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has on 19 January 2016 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") from Kajima (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in undertaking Electrical Works for “The Proposed Construction of Warehouses at Plot D40&44, Sebahagian PTD 2426, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Mukim Tanjung Kupang, Daerah Johor Baharu, Johor Darul Takzim” (“Project”) for a Contract Sum of RM9,400,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Nine Million and Four Hundred Thousand) subject to the terms and conditions of the LOA.



The Project consists of (i) 9 units of 2 storey ramp up Warehouses (Block A); (ii) 5 units of 2 storey ramp-up Warehouses, ramp & driveway and associated external works (Block B); and (iii) 2 units of single storey Warehouses, Office, Canteen building & ramp, TNB 1 & 2, Sprinkler tank & suction tank, Bin Centre and associated external works (Block C).



Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Electrical Works for the abovementioned Project is estimated to be completed by May 2017.



The Project will not have any effect on the issued and paid up share capital of the Company and is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Group for financial year ending 31 March 2016. However, it is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of BINTAI Group.



None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of BINTAI or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Project.

For a long time, Bintai is not able to successfully secure job in Malaysia. Most jobs are from overseas. Not bad for 2016, I strong believe more projects will come very soon.

Bintai just sent a filing to Bursa Malaysia announcing successfully awarded turkey project of RM120 millions for Kolej Teknologi Islam Melaka Berhad. Yesterday project announced merely RM9.4 millions. More yet to come. Share price will zoom soon

Won big projects RM120millions + RM9.4millions. Once retailer get the +ve news, the buying pressure will increase more pushing price up more. Qtr result in Feb, now already start moving 0.355- 0.375 towards 0.40+
