first point)the management realized the stock price is undervalue,so intend to.share.buy.back.which need approve on EGM.
second)48M from disposal of subsidiary, the management will use the moneu to paid off debt,pay special divdend and purchase machine. i focus on.future prospect.
third) current price has huge margin of safety.
