综指连续两周下跌，投资专家认为，综指本周将陷入横摆趋势。

一个马来西亚发展有限公司（1MDB）风波持续发酵，政治局势不稳定，抵消大马国行上周降息25个基点的正面效应。

同时，美联储7月会议维持利率不变，而备受瞩目的日本央行意外维持负0.1%的利率不变，仅扩大交易型指数基金（ETF）购买规模至6兆日元（约2360亿令吉），令市场大失所望，拖累亚洲股市上周五（29日）普遍下跌。

截至周五，综指收低5.24点或0.32%，报1653.26点；按周比较则下跌4.16点或0.25%。

JF Apex证券研究主管李忠正表示，由于不见新的利好因素，所以相信综指将陷入横摆格局。

“目前，市场投资情绪仍谨慎，且进行套利。”

他指，与其他亚洲国家相比，综指缺乏吸引力，因为本益比偏高。

资深抽佣经纪陈玉麟表示，本周综指将在介于1650点至1670点之间横摆，主要焦点放在上市公司的业绩表现。

不过，基于全球经济放缓，他不看好企业可交出理想的业绩表现。

周五公布的美国次季经济增速不及预期，拖累道琼工业指数下跌，这股负面效应会反映在周一的亚洲股市，包括马股。

他指，接下来的扶持水平在1650点和1630点，而阻力水平则是在1670点和1680点。

外资停止抛售马股

陈玉麟指，外资停止抛售马股，将可扶持综指在1600点以上。

根据马交所的数据显示，外资连续数周成为马股的净买家。

截至上周五，外资净流入达1.05亿令吉。

“不过，1MDB风波，挑战我国公信力，以及国内政治局势越来越不稳定，将会影响外资对大马的看法。”

他说，假设马股要有很大的上涨空间，就必须突破1MDB课题。

宜买入产托消费股

由于市场缺乏明确方向，李忠正建议投资者采取场外观望策略，或购买高股息股，如消费股或产托。

对于消费股，他推荐巴迪尼控股（PADINI，7052，主板消费产品股）、海鸥（HAIO，7668，主板贸服股）、喜力大马（HEIM，3255，主板消费产品股）、皇帽（CARLSBG，2836，主板消费产品股）。

而产托，他则表示，可留意双威产托（SUNREIT，5176，主板产业信托股）和柏威年产托（PAVREIT，5212，主板产业信托股）。

此外，陈玉麟认为，市场没有催化剂的情况下，要投资在股市的投资者，必须努力分析和寻找值得投资的股票。

“在不稳定的格局下，我认为，可留意依然赚钱的公司。”

此外，他建议，投资者可买入出口股，因为令吉兑美元贬值，让出口股相比其他领域有更大的优势。
