well, at least there is a proper plan on what to do with the funds, which is to expand it's glove and construction business, of which all are profitable ventures. don't see it as a big issue since there is a huge investor mopping up all the shares from Mr. Ng.

becareful of this company, since alot of PP taken place but still rugi. investor will shy away from it. hence resulting the company have no choice but to do right issue.
