YouTube last updated was 8 months ago .. however I saw one video 10 days ago langat 2 landfill video , can see the EKVE highway at mahkota cheras haven't have any paint job yet . Maybe the last thing they will do is painting and removal of weed grasses. Ampang - mahkota should be open first..
As for new highway projects, anything is possible as they get long term borrowing to build the highway.. And borrowing usually also guaranteed by the government.
What investors here concern is the car footflow of the highway only? Personal I would think that highway wouldbe popular due to huge population and very bad jam area.. And connect to silk highway can be access with more users from Kajang/ Semenyih residents also
Biggest risk already over.. Concern about highway not able to complete due to short of fund.. But this highway is nearby completion.
Accessibility of the highway whether will have many users? If u are familiar with that area the answer would be yes.
With 30cents and market capital less than rm200m own already invested rm2b highway, Turn profitable construction and oil and gas Biz... Don't you think the price is damn cheap?
Comparable to Litrak if everything goes well. Ldp ,400k cars , ekve 140k cars ( previous estimate) . I think once fully operate will have 200k daily cars. Have to settle UKay perdana section. And also direct link to Karak highway due to deforestation environmental issue.long way to go for azrb..
True the highway is the highlight.. but some of us dont know that AZRB secured few other projects on construction, including the maintenance. oil and gas(TBSB)projected to breakeven by this year and continue making profit. in fact, TBSB will soon will under the spotlight since currently they hosting and cater major drilling for hibiscus, HESS production, with Keyfield and Sapura the latest operating from TBSB. Petronas also has confirmed and 2025 planning draft is on the making.. by the time the highway full operating, other sectors have covers all the current /past fiscal deficit. All seem going well on their favors.. hopefully AZRB dont F@^k up this..
Well the plantation business in Indonesia is definitely a blow to them. Cpo at high price also can't earn money, meaning the plantation has failed. Getting rid of it is good choice..
