KUALA LUMPUR (May 25): Permaju Industries Bhd’s 70%-owned subsidiary Hardie Development Sdn Bhd has received a letter of offer from Permanent Engineering Sdn Bhd in a relation to the development of a Mydin hypermarket at a development cost of a maximum of RM150 million.

Permaju said on Friday that the hypermarket would be located at its project known as Princess Heights in Sabah.

The company said the terms of the offer were that the hypermarket be leased to Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd with a lease tenure of 20 years.

Permaju said that Hardie Development would conduct a detailed feasibility study on the proposed development, and ANNOUNCE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT IN FUTURE.

haha, t q all are the experts for sharing your knowledge,this goreng counter is monopolized by a group of people called "JAW"!the price from 0.27 to 1.25 ,they have profit more than million ringgit.once the price keepon dropping, if u still bleble stepin for the average ,u nearly reach the crocodile pond.please cut lost when goreng counter suddenly drop 10% to 15%, forget it and seek for other good counter, must satisfy with the 15% to 20% gain!you all agree?

For sure ignore JUPITER's reviewed on TP , not sure how they reached their recommended TP for various counters , including NICORP !! Maybe it is partly owned by RC & his associates !!!

I bought it based on its earnings, which is comparatively good. then I realised someone is just pushing it down. The panic sellers then would start selling theirs in fear, I thought. It was really unjustified selling. Is there a maco fighting between some shareholders?
