Vietnam factories planned to work, sleep and eat in factory.
Workers will be locked in the factory compound and not allowed to leave factory compound as required by Vietnam authorities if intent to run production during lockdown period.

From history performance,If you are short term investor(2 to 3 months), run..., if you are plan for long terms(mean 2 to 3 years), maybe current price is good investment price.
My long term view is based on current PE, history dividend.
I hold because current portfolio still ok.

Factory start cucuk 02-Aug-2021, MFA soon will liaise with MITI when can be open , hope middle of Aug.
For same industries, next qtr result, i will forecast, no eye see.
For this industries , if buyer want to switch to another, it may take half year switch from one supplier to another supplier. I forecast if open , all factory need take extra effort to chase back their back order before buyer give new order. Better result must wait for next next qtr.

越南疫情延燒，以胡志明市為主的南方19省市疫區全面封城，相當於全境約1／3封鎖，造成胡志明市7月工業生產指數下降19.4％；越南最大港口凱萊港、越南新港蓋梅國際港碼頭也宣布暫停接收進出口貨櫃。對這個世界第二大紡織品服裝鞋類出口國來說，疫情影響是難以承受之重。

越南自4月底來病例激增，越南衛生部數據顯示，截至8月8日累計確診病例逾21萬，8日新增9,690起確診病例，創疫情爆發來單日最大增幅，其中胡志明市新增確診病例單日逾3,800例，占越南全國新增病例的半數。

這波新冠變種病毒已導致大量工業園區、工廠暫時關閉，生產供應鏈斷鏈，據越南投資計畫部統計，上半年越南有逾7萬家企業倒閉，較去年增加24.9％，相當於每天有400家企業倒閉；7月工業生產大幅下降，其中胡志明市工業生產指數下降19.4％。

據了解，包括豐田、Nike以及三星等全球品牌在越南主要生產基地都因封鎖被迫停工，或面臨產銷困境。

越南為世界第二大紡織品服裝鞋類出口國，據越南紡織和服裝協會（Vitas）統計，全境目前有30％～35％的服裝廠倒閉。

由於越南南部已被封鎖近一個月，港口生產力下降，南部海岸線船舶擁堵，中部歸仁港檢測到大規模疫情爆發也已封港，貨櫃擁堵開始向北蔓延。

凱萊港貨櫃堆場飽和，碼頭工人數量被消減一半，卡車、貨車司機也面臨短缺，據航商赫伯羅特官網公告，已接獲凱萊港、越南新港蓋梅國際港碼頭暫停接收進出口貨櫃的通知。（新聞來源：工商時報─記者邱莉玲)

Accoringly to Pikas progress, a lot of furniture manufacturer had been complete their second dose vaccine by end of Aug'21. Accordingly to MKN SOP, most of furniture manufacturer allow to operate before 10 Sept'2021.

Pikas start 2 Aug and second dose at 23rd Aug and 23rd +14 days =5 Sept. Pikas first day was not LiiHen, therefore i not think production unable to operate unless there not register under Pikas.
