MahSing make announcement when all the things on table such as:

1. land & factory done
2. in progress supplier for machine...etc
3. fund prepare in advance for diversify into the glove business
4. Company vision.
5. Time frame & pre book ordered

Luster:
1. Joint venture with another company.
2. still identity and negotiation with landlord and factory.
3. Fund via private placement
4. everything still at initial stage but still provide timeline.
5. further announcement to make on the landlord.
