if you are already so dissapointed with this company.

you can sell your mom first at a good price. if its 5c , then better . then use the monies to subscribe the right issue (5 c also with 1:1 ) because you have free warrant.

If you ignore it you rugi the free warrant lo.

of course this assumption is good IF post right issue with the bombardment of total 4 billion share, JOE price still can maintain 5c la.

see their right issue report. last year till now, with 130 million in bank, not even a single line of glove production have been built. if the director is doing his job properly, he would have start with a few line of glove production. why need to do right issue ? this leopard will finally show his spot soon

Does not matter how many percent of shareholder subscribed RI . Important is it still over subscribed and all taken . The company now have received the cash they needed for the expansion plan or whatever in plan that they proposed for this RI can go thru or has to act/perform. Not RM0.50 but RM0.05 , what is there left to con ?

@JK22 . yes got the cash for normal company mean can continue their business. but for JOE (the fintec gang) can do a lot of thing except do real business.

for example in 3 months time, this JOE will definitely use some of his cash to subscribe to other fintec gang's company private placement. ( whichever company facing cash crunch). like what they already did to PNEPCB

Just a reminder that JOE raised two PPs in DEc 20 and Jan 21, 40 mil@13.5sen per share and 26.6mil @10.4sen per share. So, I cannot understand why sell at 4 sen now? There were also talks of reverse take over! So, I will wait until at least around 8sen and then decide.

reverse take over is just spread by news only. never materialize. but the founder of GPA sold all his share to a british virgin island incorporated company. no one know who is the owner .

so that time every one guessing is regal orion (the japanese company data center) so to our shock the next day this BVI again SOLD all his share at open market at high price.

then next few weeks, masuk the FINTEC gang. fintec become substantial shareholder. then put this Mr Koo as executive director, who is also Lambo and Vsolar director( look at their share price now)

Then the rest what they did no need mention la.(private placement, Right issue , ESOS) same like all FINTEC gang share.

So u know why is 4 sen now
