It has dropped from 0.135 to 0.07 within 4 weeks, and at 0.07 is now almost half the price a month ago.

Rebound is imminent. Immediate resistance is at 0.105

15 ~20% is very good already if you don't need to pay.
The rebound is to be TP else you will regret it. (if you haven't already regret buy this stock in the first place.

Another 18months time. Who knows whats the demand and selling price of gloves. Most likely by the time it reached critical mass we may no longer need so much gloves anymore. So it become another white elephant. Probably even 1 piece will lose rm 0.50 cents then one year lose rm 1.8b further.

Betul Kah? Like that Supermax, Top Glove , Kossan, Hartalega all gone la.. Before covid 19, glove is shortage . So what will make it reach critical mass ?? Why would those big four keep increasing production line and expanding factories. Because they are in the business. Only them know why and the outcome. GPA have experienced personnel to work on this pilot project .

GPA is company of U turn.. tracing back from last year announcement. this is what have happen
1) Biggest shareholder disposed share. everyone thought is to Regal Orion
2) End up to a company incorporated in British Virgin Island . No one know who is the owner
3) Share price spike like crazy,In one day this BVI company disposes their entire stake through open market. Earn already direct cabutlah
4) Then come proposal venture to glove. 12 production lines .3.6 billion glove perannum. RM150mill capex. then came out news of private placement to Eddie Ong & Gang
5) Eddie Ong cancelled his plan of private placement
6) Few round of private placement don't know to who??
7) private placement already have RM 140++ million still not enough.
8) Right Issue Proposal.

I hope they will cancel their right issue proposal as another U turn from the company. people who have sapu alot at bottom will benefit from it.
