no, if you read properly the qualifying requirements is firstly (and mainly) top 30 by market cap. The eligibility requirements accompanying this are the free float and liquidity requirement. So although Nestle is low liquidity it clearly meets the liquidity requirement for staying in KLCI. Hap Seng met the market cap requirement but not the liquidity hence it was kicked out in December.

If Top Glove falls below RM1.60 its market cap will fall below Westports and verrrrrry close to Ambank. So its at risk of falling out at the next review la.

Nestle is useless ctr in ftse Klci leh. miserable volume leh. Ftse not only must be top 30 largest leh. Ada sub requirement leh. Minimum 15% free float and got liquidity one leh. Like this must fulfill all 3 requirements leh. Correct?

but clearly you disagree with FTSE's methodology. Maybe you can consider starting your own index. USCI if you will. But I will be monitoring TopGlove to see if it stays in the KLCI during the 2 semi-annual reviews later this year.
