Carrie, please take note that it just had a stock split and bonus recently. The PE is not that low, but still low at about 8x.

This Company is with good fundamental. Company with P/E 8.13. EPS 7.13. DY 7.65% (double of current FD rate). NTA 2.13. Small market cap 252.7M. At current 0.58 is a good bargain for mid-long term investment. No doubt the P/E is relatively low, there is rooms for improvement. Century seems found its bottom and got its momentum today!
