Termination by either party is very usual, it could be caused by the main con insufficient cash flow to develop the project also.

Sifu YukChian, I scratch my head for quite a long time, still couldn't find how can you get this amount of RM42901615.38 (more than RM42 millions). YFG-WA exercise price is RM0.13, if 30,984,500 x 0.13, it should be just RM 4,027,985, about RM4 millions. Perhaps I am very stupid, would you mind teaching me your secret how to count? Thanks.

=> ((0.145) - 0.065) / 0.065

=> 0.08 / 0.065

=> 1.2308

I still couldn't get the RM42 millions. Even 30,984,500 x 1.2308, I can still get only 38,135,722.60.

trust me, they will not convert, General Technology is only holding 10% of YFG, and alot more shares of YFG can obtain very easy in the market. Why must they subscribe the warrant with higher ex-price? Unless YFG NTA is higher than the current price or YFG has a future potential project in hands and it makes shareholder hunting to be a key person to control over the company. but do you think YFG has it? What is so attractive anyway? i can't see anything in YFG for the time being.
