good new is YFG is deeply cheap, to buy over it only cost 60 million ! It mean it is very high possiblity will be buy over by other company. Better buy in first, cause it could happened very soon....

Quite normal to dump warrant ( for pocket $) cos warrant is just a sweeter for a mother share. Nothing unusual.

Management prefers mother for controlling purposes.

Be patient. Even with 500million book order, projects take time to complete before revenue starts coming in.
