According go my experience, price will fall sharply after the company have done private placement right issue whatever issue, will come again after the exercise date to see whether what i said is right or not.

selling treasury share is either get cash or for easy management of share capital (to calculate the Right issue Entitlement as the Company can't issue Right issue to themselves) for the coming Right issues i.e. subscribe 2 right shares and give 1 bonus issue shares. However, not sure when the Right issue will be approve by SC...
But the person who bought 12 million shares yesterday is very suspicious...
