Anyone have anyone view with the recent consecutive drop?
My view is some are influenced by the analyst report and resort for a TP.
Reliable source saying Kerjaya had already awarded lots of projects but yet to announce to public.

Price drops because it's CA is expiring next week..only 2 days left...likely pushed down by MM to pay lower lower cash pay out.

Penang flood only occured on Sat and Sunday, which are public holidays, not going to affect the Kerjaya projects

Kerjaya is a well managed company and needs the cash for expansion and purchasing of up front materials without incurring debts. Moreover, Kerjaya pays their supplier on time with cash, something some how not practiced by other construction firms.

A dividend of 5.5sen is 38% higher than the 4sen paid previous year. Moreover Kerjaya is commited to pay up to 25% of its profits as dividends, which is appluadable.
