i must emphasize that a padi farmer, grass cutter, garbage collector can make money in the market. that is the beauty of the stock market. it doesn't care about who you are, your colour, race, religion, qualifications. got money...fine...just identify a company making decent net profit, profit margin, dividend paying, and most importantly, price graph, where the line is going from LOWER LEFT corner to UPPER RIGHT corner.
go here for some knowledge. if you can't understand. ask someone.
alex chan, Hindenburg omen(meaning stock mkt super crash) will be erase as US unemployment rise to 7.6% meaning the Feds won't pull out stimulus anytime soon (DJIA rose more than 200 pts)
Yungshen1 - you're holding 320 lot at what price? If old price below 0.50.. Wow profit gila .. Steady man you're so focus on KNM. Good luck to you.
During rally up early this month I took profit & run. .sikit aje profit pun dah excited. My risk tolerance is low. Now if break resistance 0.50 probably try my luck again.
The reason i still stuck with this counter because my average price is still high. Even though the losses from knm already covered by profit from other counters but am still waiting for this counter to go up. I believe YS1 is in the same situation as I am. I will hold this knm share until i can make profit, like what i did for some other counters. Quote from warrant buffet , if you aren't willing to own a stock for ten years, don't even think of owning it for 10 minutes.
azie99, does KNM meets what Warren Buffet said about think long-term when investing in a company? Read the whole thing carefully.
Think long-term. 'Your goal as an investor should simply be to purchase, at a rational price, a part interest in an easily-understandable business whose earnings are virtually certain to be materially higher five, 10 and 20 years from now. Over time, you will find only a few companies that meet these standards - so when you see one that qualifies, you should buy a meaningful amount of stock. You must also resist the temptation to stray from your guidelines: If you aren't willing to own a stock for 10 years, don't even think about owning it for 10 minutes. Put together a portfolio of companies whose aggregate earnings march upward over the years, and so also will the portfolio's market value.' Source: Chairman's Letter, 1996
No, I won't give encouragement to anybody buying KNM. It does no good to anybody in my personal opinion. And I am not trying to pour cold water or rubbing salt into people's injury. I want to have conscious to forewarn people so that they won't fall into the predicament of some of the shareholders of KNM here. Human being tends to have this cognitive bias of over-confidence, if not told, would not be good for them. I know a lot of people don't like what I say.
Of course I could be wrong too. I am also a normal human being.
well.....I think most people are trading....not advisable to hold stocks....we are in for more crisis and turmoil....we are after all a 3rd world country and hugely lacking in transparency

These experts want you to sell very-very cheap to them,so when you sell 42sen,40sen or even below 40sen, they are happily collecting or bottom fishing. very cunning.

Wow. look like Koay siew choon bought at RM 0.26 & Tee Kim Hew bought at RM0.25 are the smartest.
I'm not encouraging people to buy knm, what I'm saying is that the reason i'm still holding this share because my avg price is high. Well, people are entitled to voice out their opinion and make their own decision and take their own risk.
Couldn't agree more with azie99. Short term buying+selling when the price is low is a good strategy but to hold & hoping it could go up to probably RM 1.00 is so unsound. Better buy Pantech. Financial look sound.
Malcom...that is why OLD investors say...be yourself. Experts only follow the General trend of views/calls, otherwise he/she would be SO called EXPERT if having Different opinion....
ys1 I think alexisvis purchased price was .12 and .125 butt it was for knm wa. I also support you as a fren even though I dun understand the chino characters you posted. Gambateh :)

Japan rebound was weak, the global market's volatility has increased significantly, pretty much the tell-tale sign of the super super super super super global stock market crash. This bullet can't be dodge or defuse. It will happen in a matter of weeks/months.
