Pp will be somewhere 10 sen... The prices will drop according to that or lower. as big investors need to earn also ma.. You think knm will give them at current market prices ahh????? In your dream... They will give at premium prices. Better becareful..
Lollll...i doubt 0.15 since now trading lowest 0.155..you do the math laa. We wait and see. If 10 percent of pp bought at 0.15 and market prices at 0.155...better buy at market lorrr. Aiyooo.. They got the cash and power to do that. The reason for pp is to exercise the shares at cheaper prices then market prices..principle works same as right exercises.. That investor need to gain then only will get them interested...we don't know to whom this shares is for in the first place.
If your read carefully, Raising fund from private placement. The purpose is to expand the production line in Thailand Ethanol. This raising fund is not for other purposes. They are keen to increase the daily production from 200k litres to 500k litres per day. 1 litre current price is RM 3.05....you count your self.
This private placement is about the bond and issued to the investor mainly for Fund body (Fund Manager)at a premium price to be confirmed later.
The higher the closing price of KNM, the more they need to fork out to subscribe for private placement and normally the price will maintain as it is or more.
After subscription for private placement. Just a matter of time the fund manager will push up the price for their own benefit purposes.
Most importantly, Raising fund is not for paying debts, but for business expansion is more than glad thing they think now is the right time to do it.
It is because the oil price has risen and Thailand is going to increase the usage and encourage domestic ethanol to be used. Thai's government is very smart.
Unlike malaysia, spoiled the sugarcane farm and import raw sugar. It doesn't work and will increase our country deficit only.
What matter here is who is the PP investor.. 10%of PP for current pricw is small value.. To me it seem like someone want to IN this company as it can see prospect and growth in this company on EPPC and renewable enargy.
Looks like the operator lost in the game of pressing down prices and they lost % of share holding. And now they had to fork out extra money to buy back shares haha
If have cash reserve of RM400 mil why bother over PP of RM36 mil. This is contradictory. I think the issuance of 10% KNM shares is to pay off for certain party “ permission “ to set up plant there in Thailand. You know I know ok no need draw out pictures la. If this is the case then it makes sense to issue the additional 10% shares coz no need touch cash reserve.
To do PP means no money la. Bank also don't want to.lend anymore. Company bleeding cash. General & family members salary millions a year. So need PP la....if not how to makan. You think he & family want to reduce his salary?
It's up to them to dream of sky and rainbow...big projects doesn't always mean good.. Huge cost and expenses take in place. Knm is not in the position to sustain their demands...knm is covering up by saying expansions.. Ive told before that the sudden price increase look suspicious.. Now they have drop you with a bom.
The PP will contribute positively to financial For me the price will stay btw 0.165-0.17c I believe should the price remain at lvl 0.16-0.2 by 3rd quarter. Higher chances it will spike to 0.50-0.70c by yr end
For now won't drop. Price will be 'maintained' at current levels. If drop, no one will buy the PP. Go back and look at the last PP at 0.24. After PP shares fully subscribed, than no more support and the share price drop. Unless in the mean time KNN can show that business has turned around and can generate profits.
