88.6mil Bought and 26m Sell....I think Sell at 26m is normal But 88m Bought...Cannot be small fish. Who dare to Buy so many shares? But this is 3rd time in 6months someone bought so many shares in one day ( BioTrend likely )
Dont forget , The company sales performance is not affected by MCO & CMCO. The Next QR should rock the price . NTA is 0.22 and PE is only 7.62 . Assuming profit jumps 50% . the price should be above Rm0.20
DPS target price within 1 week will increase over RM0.25. Company revenue and profit already picking up since 3 quarters ago. PE only 7.6 compare with the leading properties counter such as ecoworld PE is 13.6. This 13.6 PE are taken from the most conservative and reliable PE among the leading properties counter. Other leading properties company like SP setia , Sime property even recorded negative PE. Based on the comparison PE among properties counter , DPS price with PE 13.6 should be RM0.275 but I just gave lower and reliable DPS price target RM0.25. Still in the beginning of uptrend pushing and can buy and keep for short term.
Tumbler ....... I have to state the correct situation about the P/E . In the quarter ending 31/12/2019 DPS made a profit of RM10+m. However included in that is a litigation settlement claim of RM12..5m . That’s not operational profit. Hence if we exclude that , for that quarter it would be a loss of 1.7m . So the P/E minus that would be sky high. Anyways to be happy , take it at 7.6 P/E Sad news is that say if DPS makes a profit of say 5m this quarter , the P/E for the year ended 31 Dec 2020 will exceed more than 20 cos the results will be from Jan 1 to 31 Dec 2020 ie the 10m+ profit time frame has past ie 12 month rolling P/E. Anyways is not that bad too.
