Pentamaster Corp Bhd topped the gainers, rising 290% year to date to RM2.44 on Dec 15, with JHM Consolidation Bhd close behind, gaining 268% YTD to RM3.

Other semiconductor players among the top 20 gainers are D&O Green Technologies Bhd (128%), Elsoft Research (102%) and KESM Industries Bhd (99%).

E & E index correction but D&O still looks good, maybe will break 0.80 this week....

Base on daily chart 10 Jan D&O has been trading above its upward sloping 20-Day Moving Average which is a good sign. The support & resistance level of D&O are 0.735 and 0.755 respectively. The indicator analysis on RSI is not exhibiting any extreme condition. Watch out for the 30% and 70% level which indicate any oversold and overbought condition respectively.

（吉隆坡15日讯）最新一期的《The Edge》财经周刊报导，大马人应该高兴的是，全球对半导体的需求已经超越智能手机和平板电脑，从可穿戴设备到汽车、广告牌和医疗设备等更智能化。

根据封面报导，全球提高了对制成品的需求，这在国内出口中占有绝大部分。

世界贸易组织（WTO）数据显示，这也有助于推动经济增长，使大马在2016年成为全球第二大出口国，占全球出口额的1.2%。

电器与电子（E&E）产品仍然是我国出口和制造业的主要支柱，2016年为我国的国内生产总值（GDP）贡献23%。在2017年首11个月，电器与电子产品出口按年增长20.5%，达到3142.7亿令吉，占总出口的36.7%。

国际贸易与工业部（MITI）网站列出了6家本地电器与电子公司，包括Carsem（M） Sdn Bhd【丰隆集团旗下马太平洋（Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd）的一份子】、Unisem（M）Bhd、SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd【国库控股（Khazanah Nasional Bhd）子公司】、Inari Technology Bhd【益纳利美昌（Inari Amertron Bhd）独资子公司】、Dominant Opto Technologies Sdn Bhd（D&O Green Technologies Bhd子公司）及Globetronics（Technology Bhd）Group。

至于在大马的十大电器与电子跨国公司，则有Western Digital Group、Panasonic Group、Intel Group、Samsung Group、Flextronics、HP Malaysia Manufacturing Sdn Bhd、Dyson Manufacturing Sdn Bhd、First Solar Malaysia Sdn Bhd、Infineon Group及OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Malaysia Sdn Bhd。

报导指，化学与石油化学次级领域是出口的第二大贡献者。在2017年首11个月，石油产品出口按年劲扬34.7%至658.5亿令吉，化学与化学产品出口则按年增长28%至625.9亿令吉。

贸工部数据显示，Petronas Chemicals Group Bhd独占鳌头，其他业者则有Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd、BASF Petronas Chemicals Sdn Bhd、Idemitsu Chemicals及Toray Plastics。

主要油脂化学业者为Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd的KLK Oleo、IOI Oleochemicals （IOI Corp Bhd子公司）、Sime Darby Plantation Bhd及Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd，而其他特种油脂化学品的主要业者则有CCM Chemicals Sdn Bhd （Chemical Company of Malaysia Bhd子公司）、Synthomer Sdn Bhd（Synthomer PLC在英国挂牌）与Taiko（KLK旗下）。

在这些公司当中，有些是油棕种植商，它们也有为棕油和以棕油作为基础的农产品出口作出贡献。在去年首11个月，这些农产品出口年增13.4%，至497.5亿令吉。

贸工部还提到一些塑料领域的主要业者，如Scientex Bhd、V.S.Industry Bhd、 Thong Guan Industries Bhd、BP Plastics Holding Bhd及Tomypak Holdings Bhd。

为大马出口作出显著贡献的还有机械与设备（M&E）次级领域，其增长得益于空调、石油与天然气勘探和生产行业专用产品及残旧机器的零件销售。
