（吉隆坡18日讯）国内市场成长放缓，可口食品（COCOLND,7205,主板消费品组）放眼在东南亚区域展开收购以扩张食品业务版图。

拓印越菲市场

可口食品执行董事刘育荣接受《日经新闻》访问时表示，“我们正积极寻找收购目标，尤其是在印尼，其次为越南和菲律宾。”

他表示，潜在目标为分销和行销公司，以协助推展可口食品的产品至外国市场。

他未透露这类收购的成本和时间表。

同时，他表示，可口食品印尼子公司已申请执照以进口食品，预料印尼当局会在今年内颁予执照。

“我们目前透过当地代理商以出口软糖至印尼，因此目前印尼市场的贡献处于低水平。”他指出，如果进军印尼的计划成功，印尼可成为该公司的最大出口市场。

他表示，该公司放眼今年营收成长10%。

可口食品去年营收共2亿7260万令吉，大马市场的贡献占44.8%。去年净利则增长33.9%至4380万令吉，低于前一年的49.3%增幅。

可口食品去年在韩国、印尼和越南大力行销，带动营收双位数成长，该公司也出口产品至中东，去年营收有11%来自中东。

在中国，可口食品面对激烈竞争，但长期而言中国政府打假对该公司有利。刘氏指出，该公司是中国最大的软糖品牌之一，但需要时间以改善状况。

可口食品股价一年来上涨33.9%，今日闭市升1仙至2令吉70仙。
