FYI, Serba Dinamik just announced acquisition of Teluk Ramunia yard from Petronas. You can expect a lot of construction activities flowing down to both Kpower (in the process of diversifying into construction) and Minetec (with good raw materials supply for the construction). Hence, this co is getting rejuvenated into something BIG.
This is not a goreng stock, but will be groomed into a golden goose.
Dato Onion's recent disposal of Serba shares were picked up by Dato Karim....so you can see the whole picture now!!!
They are going to create a BIG empire with both Kpower and Minetec joining the party...
