这股怎么那么不正常业绩好， 股价没有反应
是不是以下原因

1）大约70%单位已售出 不实？
2）债务太高?
3 ) receiveable 太多？
4） 流动资金干枯 ？
5) PE 过高 ?
有那位高手可以指点迷津！！

TWO things are a MUST -
(1) always ensure you have sufficient sales pre-launch and a steady take-up rate post-launch and
(2) keep inventory overhang to a minimum to reduce post-development costs.
我怀疑 他的take up rate 应该没有70% ，
1sqf 要卖 RM1000++ 今天打电话去问了
1 单位就大约整百万以上了 如果以1000sqf 来算
起2栋大约有500多单位 这种价位应该不容易卖。

以最新QR算起过去7个季度的property revenue
30575000 =30单位
47805000 = 47单位
4029000 = 4 单位
11149000 = 11 单位
11792000 = 11 单位
10911000 = 10 单位
1218000 = 1单位
-------------------------
大约 粗略 估计 一共卖了 114 个单位
所以第一个原因比较合理 没有卖出70%的单位 只卖出30%而已
这个可能是股价不起的原因吧

Price drop may be due to MED-BUMIKAR MARA SDN BHD exiting the company due to its own internal board tussle related to MBMR. I think they almost done disposed of Ewein share (might left less than 5mil share after 24/8/2018 as per ewein bursa announcement on 27/8/18). after they done the share price may have a good chance to reverse. Any idea who take up their ~22+% share?
