It's very safe to buy now. Development and infrastructure works in Penang is going to boom. The PH government still created a lot uncertainties and caused the whole market sentiment very bad plus the trade war that will not solve in short term. Cheap sale especially construction share.

When people sold,must have people bought n collect.That mean have people known Penang area would be a star lead on next ten golden years.People sold because don't see the big future but fast money only.Investment for mid/long terms not for short time.This is my experience sharing.
