If you park property sale aside, Eden did make profit of 6mil. Property sale contribute the remaining. And also, Eden also had turn around FY19 without property sale.

Then down in this 2 days, volume at around 10m per day.

This indicate - Big Investors eat up block shares while Small Retails Investors only speculatively trade and no strong support from small retailers.
