For Eden lah, once it realised its ECRL Land, their NTA in fact wiill become RM1 and more and consider high cash position will be in the Company. RM0.50 share price in fact i dont think is just simply market operated price but it is also supported by assets and cash position.

Ikang short term share price can be manipulated, but the further compulsory acquisition of station land of KPC2 is not story created by anyone. It was very clearly replied by Eden Chairman in just past AGM - some more is first question other investor raised. The surge of share price is well supported by certain important fundamental.
