NTA0.74 nothing to worry anyway. Only very depends on the further good news to be released out. I believe what the Chairman mentioned in the AGM, should not be cheating in front of all attendees. So just be patience and load the shares first before it move. I guess at least 50-100 acres land to be acquired under ECRL scheme. Possible near to current market cap of the Company d.

I'm also curious about mannchan question, cos EDEN ada land meh? I search and search for the land in the annual report tak jumpa the land in the financial statements hahaha. But honestly the power plant profit margin is almost 50% good enough for me. ECRL punya is just a bonus.

Mannchan, that one is railway portion. Still got KPC2 Station Land and previously mentioned maintenance depot base land.

In fact, the book cost of this Kuantan Investment Properties Land 430acres is only about RM8-10/sqft after revaluation.

But the last round compulsory acquisition by government already RM20+- per sqft.

The most hidden gem of this Company is the ECRL potential acquisition. Super profit.

Last round Compensation RM16.7m for 6.3892 hectare or 687.7k sqft. Converted to RM/sqft is about RM24 per sqft which is higher significantly than the book value. But still, the gem can be identified, but timing to realise is the non controllable part.
