After much consideration and studied CFM's TA again, I think it might go down after the ex date. My EP at 1.04 isn't that bad I think.

For information, Ex-date is 1st Sep 2021. Meaning to say collecting share on the next market open day shall not be entitled to get the dividend 0.20 anymore.
