李水吉集团，生意主要是生产乳胶床褥，所以乳胶价格会对公司的生产成本有一定的影响。

最近的FY2017Q4的季度里，公司发布了三年的单季度新高。股价从12月14号，季度业绩发布前一路攀高至0.76。

而我们选择在第一波拉升结束后部署第二波的涨潮，于4月11日开始部署.

以下图表也可以清楚看到，乳胶价格自2017年中后变处于稳定的价格趋势


而公司的老板，也信心喊话，说FY2018的营业额将会增长30

%-40%。然而，现在股价也涨到了0.72，是不是已经Price-in

了FY2018的增长呢？

以我们的估算，如果照公司老板预计，以最新的季度的margin%配合30%营业额增长(前提是乳胶价格＋生产成本稳定)。



如果以合理PE=13推算，合理价会是=1.00。

（吉隆坡15日讯）全国大选后，联昌研究看好李水吉集团（LEESK,8079,主板工业产品组）处在防御性高的消费产品市场，同时，认为在强劲盈利增长前景、全球床褥需求增加和消费股遭低估下，股价潜在增长。

联昌指出，该公司的新乳胶发泡生产线将在5月杪开始进行商业化生产，产能可增加50%至每年6000公吨，新产能也已寻得买家。

该行指出，李水吉集团逐步使用自动化，未来3年潜在增加30%产能。

联昌指出，李水吉集团也不排除将进行并购，以加强其零售业务表现，同时，也更积极参与展销活动，采取商对客策略，来增加床垫成品的销售。

联昌表示，全国大选后，股票市场处于波动，投资者倾向于消费股，李水吉集团则可从强劲的盈利能见度、防御性业务和预计消费税废除后，消费增加中获利。

综合以上，联昌维持李水吉集团“增持”评级，并维持1令吉16仙目标价。
