Posted by Musang King > May 6, 2019 2:35 PM | Report Abuse Thanks Calvin Tan still holding on to his shares in MjPerak. He truly walks his talk in supporting MjPerak. Cheers, Calvin Tan Eng Hai.
MjPerak was stronger in share prices during BN rule. But when PH took over, all prices (almost all) KLSE stocks fall. So, MjPerak falls got nothing to do with Calvin Tan
NTA 70 sen. A Perak Govt company. Only sell lands for profit for company to remain viable. Need thinking Management to grow company. With solid land assets , company will not go bankrupt. Counter for long term investors- however can reap good gains when burst upward - then seize opportunity to harvest - price cannot sustain - due to 'push n dump.' Fair price - 50 sen . Still got space to uptrend. Any takers?
Frequency of quarterly losses vs profits, why still support non performer for LT and without reasonable dividend, in addition, looking for $$$ from private placement to fund capex. Anyway, if for trading play, can ignore all fundamentals which is all RED right now.
Private placement is worst than Rights Issue. Private placement does not give the rights for most existing shareholder to buy at discounted price, but only a few close acquaintance. Thus diluting their shareholding.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
