All bad news coming!!!high pe48,right issue,land problem,sales lower than expect more over talking so much even hit last year 3 bil target yet no bonus issue!!!everyday juz blindly enjoy carnival....really sohai lo...price 2.15..2.0..1.8..1.6..1.5..1.4..now 1.31..soon Below1.0...hopeless!!

EWI coming, PE soon will be reduced to < 10, incredible sales performance even during property downtrend (can you imagine how good their sales is when property market recovered which is expected to be second half of this year), no dividend due to expansion of business, most importantly this company is managed by a group of property expert of Tan Sri Liew, just buy and hold or you'll regret...

Sales target 4 billions and 4.5 billions this and next year, I think next year with 30% contribution from EWI they can do even better, with the profit margin of 10% you calculate on your own, this is a fast growing company just need a little bit of patience, that's why all IBs give high target price

Hahaha...sorry ya I don buy MMC lo...even this counter oledy sold@1.50 n waiting to buy back....this donkey said last year target 3bil after hit but juz keep quiet no given any dividend...this year same method target sales 4bil...u think got dividend ke?...no money to subscribe 30% son IPO share of course need right issue lo...otherwise bank so stupid borrow again ke?....next week surely down down down....

I've asked myself a few questions and decided to invest:
1. Do you trust the management of this company and believe that they will keep doing well? YES
2. Do you think in less than 5 years the share price can be 2 - 3 times higher than now? YES
3. Do you think they can beat all the local delopers and become the market leader? YES
4. Do you think property market will soon recover? YES
5. Do you think the PE will eventually be lower than 10? YES
6. If EcoWorld cannot do well do you think other developers can? NO
Now we only need patience, even stock with low PE also not safe, most important is you trust this company and believe in it's future, my 2 cents

Nothing to worry, just hold it, i only care if the company is making money or not, suggest don't always focus too much on share price, if the company is doing well share price will eventually go up
