三月中前，我一直叫一朋友买进我认为比较稳固有现钱的大公司。那时云顶跌破三块，皇帽跌破17，名胜才1.80，合顺破1.70。讲到口水干，他也不愿意，不过他有很多现金。
之前他说要再等它们再跌一半先再看.......现在在牙疼了，一直在问还可以买吗？

（纽约2日综合电）上周，标普500指数创下了1930年代以来最好的3日涨势，使一些投资者怀疑糟糕情况是否已经过去。对此多位重量级投资者给出了自己的看法。

●新债王：美股4月破底

新“债王”冈拉克（Jeffrey Gundlach）称，冠病疫情引发的美股抛售潮尚未终止，4月美股将进一步破底，掼破3月的波段低点，筑底的时间也会拉长。

冈拉克是双线资本（DoubleLine Capital）首席执行员，他受访时指出：“美股3月中触及的低点应该会再掼破，股市已经回到阻力区，且市场运作失灵。美股恐进一步破底，形成更持久的底部。”

冈拉克将目前的股市震荡与1929年、2000年和2007年相比。他表示，在1929年股灾后，美股横向盘整将近一年，之后经济再度恶化。

冈拉克认为美国经济将出现V型反弹的预测“太过乐观”，他预估美国2020年经济将出现负成长。他曾预估，受到冠病疫情拖累，美国2020年陷入经济衰退的机率高达九成。

●橡树资本马克斯：资产价格可能还会恶化

橡树资本集团（Oaktree Capital Group）联合创始人马克斯（Howard Marks）认为，冠病疫情大流行带来的负面结果的范围比全球金融危机期间的范围要大得多。

在周二给客户的报告中，马克斯表示，乐观地说上周五的资产定价算是“合理”的，但已经“没有足够的余地来应对新闻恶化的可能”， 现在最重要的是“准备好应对下跌并利用下跌”。

同时，马克斯也指出一种更悲观的情况，因冠病感染和死亡、更多的岗位和业务损失以及违约率上升，股市仍然动荡不安，无法做出任何逢低买入建议。

●柯克比执行长：市场仍然过于动荡，无法投资

柯克比（Kirkbi Group）首席执行员索伦森（Soren Thorup Sorensen）表示：“现在不是勇敢的时候。”

管理180亿美元投资组合的索伦森说，作为长期投资者，最好的应对方法是“静坐并渡过难关”。

之前不是说安全套股和婴儿股当道吗？安全套股我不敢追，不过我觉得婴儿股反而有看头。就是KHJB(0210)。现在大家关在家，大眼瞪小眼，不是上面打就是下面打了。不想生的，当然用套啦，那些想生的，就天天努力了。所以明年一二月，分分钟钟就是婴儿潮了！
这个笨蛋，去年才上市，价钱43分，也是从头跌到脚，最底11.5分，摆明要打我那个。我是它跌破16分才抢它的票。
老板叫冯金兴，新加坡人，71年开业，现在女儿在管，老板手握超过65%，流通量很低，不拿票打到你屁股开花那个。今天收市17分，刚在上月尾派一分股息。除了在kl有婴儿产品专买店mothercare分店，还有七八间托儿中心。

现在可以买股吗？

对于以上问题，有些人认为全球疫情越来越严重，经济又面临衰退的风险，不应该买入。有些人则认为很多优质股已大跌50%左右，理论上价值已浮现，可以开始分批买入。

事实上，每个投资者都有不一样的答案，不过这个问题却没有一套固定的说法，也就是说没有对或错。先从第一个答案说起。

冠状肺炎的蔓延速度非常之快，至今已夺走超过一万人的性命。除了中国之外，意大利、美国和西班牙面临前所未有的危机，每天确诊人数有增无减，可以说是已失控。不少国家已采取封城措施，牺牲经济来救灾。

种种迹象显示，中小型企业在没有生意的情况下面临债务危机，未来几个月的失业人数将大幅度走高，有可能导致金融系统出现问题。央行一直“灌水”也只是在为企业续命，当务之急是解决病毒，之后经济就可恢复正常。

作为投资者，要在熊市捞低的难度在于很难掌握进场时机。疫情何时结束，至今仍没有任何头绪。从目前情况来看，恐怕需要至少3-6个月时间。

值得一提，股市一般上提早6个月反映经济增长。也就是说如果认为经济活动在下半年复苏，已经可以进场建仓。如果封城持续进行3个月，那么经济真的不堪设想。

至于第二个答案，无可否认很多个股已变得“价廉物美”，不过却不代表不会继续下跌。尽管如此，会跌到多便宜，真的没人会知道。

从价值投资的观点去思考，如果对企业展望有信心，股价跌到吸引的水平，已经可以开始分批买入，根本不需要理会时机。最好是分5-10批子弹。

这次熊市的下跌速度非常之快，在短短一个月内很多个股已大跌50%，确实有赶底的迹象。目前交易所已禁止卖空，预计可支撑股市。此外，很多中Margin的股票相信已被市场消化。只能说，在熊市底部区域累积的每个价位，在熊市之后都会是赚钱的。

另一方面，没有持票的也不要对近期的反弹灰心，因为Q1业绩还未出炉，还不知道疫情对企业的伤害到底有多大和多久。股市也没有任何利好出现”V“型反转。

总结，只要将资金部署到位，以及做好充足的准备工作，股市复苏的时候就是你财富迈入另一个水平的时候。

@1234. 坦白说，我这两周都没买股了，之前卖了贱世就分别买乐天，合顺和婴儿。现在收现金，买东西来屯来吃，毕竟股票是不能吃的，之前买的就当放15个月的定期啦！嘻嘻嘻.......

@1234. 我的浅见就是，现在个人或公司，在大风大浪时，一定要管好债务。 没收入又被债主追上门，真是不好受。所以为什么贱世不可以买，就是那40亿的债务。疫情闹得一年半载，负债累累的公司弟一个倒，到时还讲什么福利股息，根本就是放屁。
公司假如有雄厚的现金，加上大公司，不只没事，还可以趁机收购同行呢。比方说你现在有十万，或负债十万，根本就是两个人来的！
