Few experience with SP Setia, all you need is to hold for long term.
For weekly traders, this stock might not be suitable.

For sure it will rebound just matter of time.

Agreed with TraderX... Just bought few @ 3.36 & 3.37. And wait for the I&P acquisition to formalize in few weeks time. This counter is good for long-term one (meaning more than 12 months). Maybe should top up more in next couple of trading days. But as for daily home work, we need to keep an eye on EPF's trading strategy if you interest in UNTUNG at least 50% (or TP of RM5 and above) within one year time for 2018 Hari Raya pocket money.

Public Anal-list forever bring his client to holland.
What the hell he gave TP as 4.50, and immediately SP Setia fell to 3.35?

This is not the the first case.
Just find out how malicious this anal-list did to Ah Pek and Ah Soh in Parkson.
Bringing all the old fella to holland without feeling slightest guilt.
Really shame on this anal-list.......

Forget about TP of 4.00 or 4.50.
Just put it at 10% either way.
Share price at the time of announcement was 3.66
Say within next 12 month, price up by 10%, i.e 4.02 - what is the probability?
Say within next 12 month, price down by 10%, i.e 3.29 - what is the probability?

Only 4 days after so called anal-list gave their recommendation, price already came down to 3.35, i.e another 6 sen to lose 10%, which is highly probable in July.

What is the probability SP Setia will hit 4.02 in July?
Almost impossible.

Just gauge yourself quality of Public Anal-list.
Really a kindergarten kid playing with masak-masak............pakai tembak.......

be kind, thats the solid reason why its at this level now (from 4 to 3.4). If u follow their filing to Bursa then u can know what happen. It will go up again after this exercise then only it makes all sense. How far it can go up? With so many positive corporate announcements, the only way it can move is going up to TP 4 & beyond. Just look at the CEO just got his allotment of shares at 3.44, that also hint the TP level of coming uptrend. Good luck to all Setia investor here! Huat ah!

if you buy 1 week ago during the sharp drop @3.37 and sell off at 3.48...you already earn net rm70 if you have 1000 units...imagine if you have more than that..mind you, it's not even the target price yet..perhaps you have better suggestion @ks55

ks55, sound good for KimLun-WA for adding to one portfolio. But we still prefer mother stock rather than WA as it investment prospect is at different level and grade. In fact we just enjoy Setia all time best dividend and thats how their management reward the investor handsomely. If that still cant reflect how the strong fundamental of Setia, then look how they give away Employee Share Grand Plan for free! Just wonder if u hv missout the news on new launch at Melbourne & Singapore. All goody goods in a plate & u cant possibly to miss it.

come on la, is very normal for share placement to demand for this type of price movement la. See pwroot, kimlun (To name a few) on the share price movement when they go do share placement. Is very normal provided nothing adverse happening to the company fundamental.
